Guns N’ Roses front-man Axl Rose was arrested in Stockholm, Sweden on Tuesday for allegedly assaulting a security guard and damaging a hotel room.

A police spokesperson said that Rose was “too drunk to talk” and was being held in a cell to sober up before questioning, reports Reuters.

According to the spokesperson, he “caused minor damage to the interior of the hotel.” Rose is also suspected of attacking and biting a security guard and threatening a police officer.

Depending on a conviction, Rose could face a sentence as minimal as six months in prison or a fine, or as serious as up to four years in prison.

The rocker had performed in Stockholm on Monday night.
