Divorce proceedings between rapper Eminem and his wife, Kimberley Mathers, have continued in a private hearing on Thursday.

Although no details of the meeting were released, the Associated Press reports that Ms. Mathers is seeking financial support, legal costs and joint custody of Hailie Jade Scott, the couple’s 10-year-old daughter.

Though his wife was spotted leaving the court building with a police escort, Eminem (real name: Marshall Bruce Mathers III) was nowhere to be seen, but court officer Mark Mileski said he was present for the hearing.

Eminem, 33, filed for divorce on April 5, less than three months after being remarried. The Mathers’ first marriage ended in 2001.
