The Britney Spears/K. Fed soap opera continues.

MSNBC reports that the couple went on a holiday to Florida together, but allegedly stayed in separate rooms. Reportedly the only time the couple spent together was to take 10 month old Sean Preston to the beach one day. Spears even supposedly rented separate houses so the two would not have to stay in the same house.

“She did it to get away from Kevin,” a friend told In Touch Weekly magazine.

“Despite their problems (she) wants the world to think they?re happier than ever,” another Spears friend told the magazine.

In other Spears gossip, US Weekly had an ex-FBI polygraph examiner and criminal profiler examine Spears’ interview with Lauer. He said that it seemed that Spears was lying about her marriage because she often closed her eyes, a sign that a person is about to lie.
