Audioslave to Release Third Album in September
Audioslave is set to release its third studio album in four years early this fall, reports Billboard.
?Revelations? is due Sept. 5 via Epic, while first single ?Original Fire? will hit U.S. rock radio outlets July 18.
The 12-track album was recorded at Henson Studios in Los Angeles and has the band re-teaming with producer Brendan O?Brien, who mixed their sophomore album “Out of Exile” and “Live in Cuba.”
2005’s “Out of Exile” debuted at No. 1 on The Billboard 200 and has sold 1.1 million copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
The band has yet to reveal tour plans in support of the new album.
