Restraining Order Against Charlie Sheen Extended
The restraining order against Charlie Sheen will remain in place after he and his soon-to-be ex-wife Denise Richards agreed to extend it, People magazine reports.
The decision was reached yesterday in court, extending the order, which also requires Sheen to stay away from the couple’s two children, until June 28.
The actor must stay at least 300 yards away from Richards and the children, except for when Sheen has supervised visits with the two toddlers.
Sheen and Richards first separated last March, while she was still pregnant with Lola, the couple’s second child. The two briefly reconciled after Lola’s birth, but earlier this year Richards once again filed for divorce. She claimed that Sheen threatened to kill her and the original restraining order was placed in April.
Sheen has called Richards’ claims lies and slander against him. Last month though, the couple decided on a custody agreement regarding the two children, which states that Sheen can see his kids during weekly supervised visits.
