Danielle Evans Named ‘Top Model’
Danielle Evans, the gap-toothed Arkansas native, strutted her way to the winning spot on the sixth installment of America?s Next Top Model. The Wednesday night finale saw Evans, 21, facing (or posing?) off against bohemian diva Jade Rodan and snaggletoothed runner-up Joanie Dodds.
Evans? prize includes a contract with Ford Models, a $100,000 US deal with CoverGirl and an ELLE magazine spread shot by prominent photographer Gilles Bensimon.
?I went into the competition not expecting anything,? Evans told E! Online. ?For a moment when [host Tyra Banks] called my name, I remember looking at the screen like, ?Oh my God, that’s me on that screen.? I am actually living my dream right now.?
Evans also said that her first victory purchase will be a new car for her mother.
