Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are engaged, reports
People magazine.

Kidman announced the engagement to People at an event for the United Nations Development Fund for Woman gala in New York on Saturday.

The pair, who have been the subject of the tabloids since July of last year, never officially said they were a couple, even though four months after meeting, Kidman was sporting a ring on her wedding finger.

Kidman reportedly told People Saturday night that Urban is her “fiance. I wouldn’t be bringing my boyfriend.”

A spokesperson for Kidman could not immediately confirm People’s story, and a spokesperson for Urban could not be reached.
