Oops she did it again.

Britney Spears has once again raised the eyebrows of child safety officials when she was photographed driving her convertible with baby Sean Preston in a car seat, which was facing the wrong way, the New York Post reports.

Spears is not new to drama surrounding her baby and how she places him in her vehicle. A few months ago, she was photographed driving her car with Sean Preston sitting on her lap. She said she had no choice as she was trying to evade the paparazzi, fearing for her son?s safety. No charges were laid against Spears.

However, the photos published in the New York Post and New York Daily News on Tuesday show Spears driving freely and with no apparent paparazzi surrounding her (the photo seems to have been taken by air).

It is unclear whether Spears broke the law with her latest escapade. Child safety authorities say she has, pointing out a California law which states children under a year old and over 20 pounds must be in a car seat facing the back. Her publicist, however, quotes a different California law which does not specify direction the car seat must face.

Spears recently announced she is five months pregnant with her second child.
