Paris Hilton made an appearance at the Electronic Entertainment Expo in Los Angeles last week to promote her new cell phone video game, ?Paris Hilton?s Jewel Jam,? but apparently wasn?t briefed on the title.

?I’m really excited to have my new video game, ?Diamondquest,?? said Hilton, according to the Associated Press. ?Thank you all for coming and you can download the game.?

There was no explanation provided for Hilton?s slip.

?Jewel Jam? will be released this summer by video game developers Gameloft. The company plans on producing a series of video games featuring the heiress.

No word on whether or not they?ll allow Hilton to actually speak at any future promotional events.
