DMX was arrested at London, UK?s Heathrow Airport after refusing to fasten his seatbelt and becoming abusive on a flight from New York, reports BBC News.

The 35-year-old rapper (real name: Earl Simmons) was later released after receiving a warning from police. He is in London to perform at a secret launch party on Tuesday.

It wasn?t DMX?s first run-in with the authorities at an airport. He was arrested in June 2004 after crashing his car into a gate at New York’s JFK Airport. DMX was slapped with a conditional release for that offence. He also served jail time for traffic infractions in 2004 and 2005.
