Nicolette Sheridan is now one step closer to possibly becoming a real-life Desperate Housewife.

Her publicist confirmed on Wednesday that the actress has gotten engaged to pop singer Michael Bolton.

The star of the hit TV drama “Desperate Housewives” had dated Bolton for several years in the 1990s. The couple reunited last year.

Sheridan, 42, was previously married to actor Harry Hamlin from 1991 to 1993. Meanwhile, Bolton, 52, has three daughters with Maureen McGuire. He was married to McGuire for 15 years, before they divorced in 1990.
