You’d think celebrities everywhere got a little more careful when Paris Hilton’s cell phone got hacked into last year. But it seems like Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz learned nothing from the hotel heiress: on March 8, pictures of Wentz’s privates, in all their naked glory, were taken from his Sidekick and circulated on the Internet.

Wentz called the hacking “very upsetting and a total invasion of privacy,” in a journal entry on the band’s official website, falloutboyrock.com. “What’s even more absurd to me is that anyone would care to see a couple of racy pictures of some shitty, dirty boy,” he wrote. “After feeling badly about this for about 24 hours, I am now ready to get back to laughing.”

March has been tough for Wentz. At the beginning of the month, Wentz was involved in an online feud with a former friend who accused the rocker of stealing his girlfriend.

Then on March 3, he attempted to stage dive at a show in New York – except fans didn’t exactly catch him. Wentz landed on the Knitting Factory’s concrete floor.

Despite it all, at least Wentz has learned one thing: “If you really dont want pictures of yourself to end up on the internet,” he wrote, “don’t take the pictures.”
