Hollywood Returns to Narnia
A destiny shall be fulfilled… and a franchise is born.
Comingsoon.net reports that Walt Disney Co. and Walden Media are starting pre-production on a second Narnia film.
Prince Caspian, based on the second book in C.S. Lewis’ Chronicles of Narnia fantasy saga, is expected to be released in 2007.
All four child actors from the first movie will return. So far, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe has earned $634.4 million at the worldwide box office.
