Eminem and Kim Mathers are ready to tie the knot … again.

The divorced duo filed for a marriage licence in Macomb County, north of Detroit, MI., on Monday and have 30 days to wed before the licence expires, Reuters reports.

The Mathers first married in 1999 and divorced in 2001 after a nasty custody battle involving their daughter Hailie. Eminem penned the song “Kim” in 2000, graphically describing how he would kill his wife.

Eminem, real name Marshall Mathers III, told a Detroit radio station in December that the two had reconciled and would probably re-wed.
