George Bush to Help Anna Nicole Smith?
What would Kanye West call Anna Nicole Smith? Would it be a gold digger, a dismayed widow or a victim of injustice?
Former playboy playmate and reality television personality Anna Nicole Smith is making headlines again, but this time money is the main attraction.
Early in 1994, Anna Nicole Smith was employed as a topless dancer in a Houston strip club, and later that same year, she married 89-year-old billionaire J. Howard Marshall II, a Texan Oil Tycoon and lap dance customer. He died a year later.
Nearly half a billion dollars of Marshall?s estate was initially awarded to Anna Nicole Smith by a Texas court which was trimmed down to $89 million by federal judge and subsequently reduced to nothing by a federal appeals court, but Anna has not given up on her money.
The Bush administration would like to lend Anna Nicole Smith a hand to ensure that her appeal to Federal justices is devoid of any technicality glitches. A hearing to decide if the Bush Administration will step in will be decided in February 2006.
