Nielsen, Electra, Rex Join ?Scary Movie 4?
Leslie Nielsen, Carmen Electra and Simon Rex have signed on for the fourth film in the ?Scary Movie? series.
?Scary Movie 4? will parody M. Night Shayamalan’s 2004 thriller “The Village,” as well as other horror and superhero movies, according to Reuters.
The three actors join previously announced cast members Anna Faris and Regina Hall.
Rex will be reprising his role opposite Nielsen in 2003?s “Scary Movie 3,? while Electra, whose character was killed off in the original “Scary Movie” in 2000, will return as a different character.
The movie from Dimension Films is shooting in Vancouver and is being directed by David Zucker (?Scary Movie 3,? ?BASEketball?).
