Al Roker to Produce Dog Reality Show
Calling all the Snoopy?s, Odie?s and Lassie?s of the world: Al Roker wants YOU.
The NBC ?Today? show weatherman and his production company are developing what they call the first-ever dog reality television show.
Rocker is teamed with animal behaviourist Tamar Geller, who has previously appeared on Animal Planet’s “Who Gets the Dog?” and ?The Osbournes? and whose list of celebrity clientele includes Ben Affleck and Courtney Cox.
Each show will have hidden cameras capturing dogs at their unruly best. Geller then swoops in with some obedience training.
The show has not yet been sold to a network.
?A former Israeli intelligence officer, Tamar will show us how to make the most of our loving relationship with dogs,” Roker said, according to AP.
“And if you do not watch the show, she knows 17 different ways to kill you with a paper clip. That’s television!”
