Britney Spears and husband Kevin Federline have released the name of their newborn baby boy: Sean Preston Spears Federline.

“We are ecstatic to announce the birth of our son! Everyone is happy, healthy and doing wonderful. Thank you for all your love and well wishes!!” the couple said in a statement posted on britneyspears.com.

Baby Sean weighed in at six pounds and 11 ounces.

Britney’s stay at the UCLA hospital in Los Angeles is costing $20,000 a night, Access Hollywood reports. Her $3,000 a night room has a tented balcony and family members and security occupy another seven rooms in the hospital.

Britney also has a private chef in a kitchen adjacent to her hospital suite to make whatever she requests.

A source at the hospital tells Access Hollywood that Sean has a head full of dark curly hair and Britney has begun breastfeeding.

The source also revealed the baby boy was born at 12:57 p.m. and that Britney’s C-section scar is very small and very low.
