Sheryl Crow and Lance Armstrong announced their engagement on Monday after almost two years of dating.

Armstrong, 33, proposed last week while the couple were on a mountain biking vacation in Sun Valley, Idaho.

Armstrong, a seven time Tour de France winner, and Crow, 43, began dating after meeting at a charity event in October 2003.

No date has been set for the wedding, but Armstrong’s spokesperson said it would likely happen in the spring and somewhere the United States.

It will be the first marriage for Crow and the second for Armstrong, who has three children from a previous marriage.
