Britney Spears spills the dirt on baby names and her sex life (again) in the October issue of Elle magazine in what is being toted as “her final interview and shoot before giving birth.”

“Ever since I was a little girl I thought, for a boy I love Sean Preston – or London Preston. Isn’t London pretty? And for a girl I love Addison Shye. I think that’s pretty,” Spears says.

Spears, 23, and husband Kevin Federline, 27, will welcome their baby in October. It will be Federline’s third child (he has two from a former relationship with Shar Jackson) and Spears’ first. She tells Elle she’d like to have a boy and two girls.

Spears also says she hopes she’ll have a caesarean section to avoid most of the pains of a natural birth.

“My mom said giving birth was the most excruciating thing that she’s ever gone through in her life. So if a caesarean doesn’t happen, I’ll be like, ‘Epidural, please!’ Hopefully my athletic abilities will take over.”

Spears also tells Elle pregnancy has done wonders for her and Federline’s sex life – “Oh yeah! Right, oh my goodness, it’s awesome, though. Wow!” – and that the prospect of motherhood has brought her whole family together.

“It’s mindblowing having a child. And therapeutic – all the secrets from your family come out of the closet for some reason.”
