30 Seconds to Mars Are Back

30 Seconds to Mars want to be known as a genuine elite rock band, not just actor Jared Leto’s band.
When they released their first album in 2002, the focus was all on Leto.
But somehow, with their second album, “A Beautiful Lie,” released Tuesday, 30 Seconds to Mars are becoming more known as a quartet and less as a an actor’s novelty act.
Keanu Reeves and Bruce Willis have a lost a member of their club.
30 Seconds to Mars spoke with andPOP on a recent visit to Toronto. Watch the interview to learn more about the album, touring, dealing with preconceived notions, Jared Leto’s grandmother’s macaroni, and more.
