Maybe it was the hot day. Maybe it was knowing ex- husband Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were in Ethiopia together picking up Jolie’s new adopted daughter. Either way, Jennifer Aniston definitely had a bad day – and it showed.

The former Friends actress collapsed on the set of her new movie “The Break Up” after complaining of nausea and severe headaches.

Aniston, 36, was later diagnosed with heatstroke after fainting on set in Chicago, where she is filming the movie with co-star Vince Vaughn.

Sources on the movie set, however, claim Aniston finally buckled under the stress of knowing what her ex, Pitt, 31, is up to with Jolie, 30.

“She’s been walking around with a sad look on her face and has not been her usual self,” a source told British newspaper Daily Mail. “While her collapse was blamed on heatstroke, everyone thinks it’s more down to stress than anything else. She can’t have escaped all the stories about Brad and Angelina and it looks like the situation has taken its toll on her.”

Though Pitt and Jolie deny they have a relationship, both were in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia’s capital, on Wednesday with Jolie’s son Maddox, 3. Jolie told People magazine she was adopting a girl, to be named Zahara Marley Jolie.
Meanwhile, Aniston and Vaughn are also on the defensive after they were photographed hugging on set.

“We’re making a film together, man. Jennifer’s a sweet girl but she’s very vulnerable right now and has been through a really hard time,” Vaughn has said. “I know people would love it if we were dating, but we’re not. She doesn’t need to cry on my shoulders”.
