JK Rowling Tops Bestsellers List
Wizzards and writers beware, Harry Potter is number one. The series created by JK Rowling officially made the top spot on Amazon’s best seller’s list.
The online retailer announced the news Thursday, during the celebration of the company’s 10th birthday. Rowling is currently at the number one place in the list of 25 best selling authors.
Following closely behind was Dan Brown, author of the Da Vinci Code. JRR Tolkein was also on the list. Shakespeare came in last.
Through a special arrangement with Wal-Mart, andPOP is selling the latest Harry Potter book for over 40% off the retail price.
