Gary Payton to get some Canadian justice?

Nine-time NBA All-Star Gary Payton will be appearing in an Ontario court on Monday.
Payton, along with former team-mates Sam Cassell and Jason Caffey, are facing assault charges from an incident outside a Toronto strip club in 2003.
Cassell and Caffey are each facing somewhat minor offences, including simple assault, while Payton is facing a more serious charge of aggravated assault causing bodily harm (among other things).
Should Payton be convicted of the aggravated assault charge, he could face up to 10 years in prison.
