Cassidy Sent To Medium Security Prison Cell, Denied Bail
Cassidy turned himself in to authorities last week and was charged with one count of murder, two counts of attempted murder, two counts of aggravated assault and other miscellaneous weapons charges according to MTV.
The rapper was also denied bail (Defendants who are accused of murder are automatically denied bail in the state of Pennsylvania).
Prosecutors will present evidence to the a judge on Wednesday to see whether or not Cassidy will stand trial.
Police are also looking for two other men who they believe were with Cassidy at the time of the murder. A warrant has been issued for one of them, while the third gunmen’s identity is unknown.
His sophomore album, I’m a Hustla, is due June 28th.
