After a not-so-pleasant relationship with Victory Records, Taking Back Sunday has signed a major label deal with Warner Music.

The signing had been rumoured for weeks but was made official Thursday.

The band will begin recording their major label debut in the fall, with plans to release it in 2006.

Taking Back Sunday will spend the summer on tour.
