Paris is engaged… to Paris. Paris Hilton–full-time heiress, part time actor–is engaged to boyfriend Paris Latsis.

“They are happy and excited,” Hilton’s rep, Rob Shuter, told People.

Latsis, also an heir (to a Greek shipping company), proposed Wednesday when Hilton returned to Los Angeles.

She had been on a three-week tour of Europe, promoting House of Wax.

Hilton threw a party in her honor Saturday.

This would be the first marriage for both. Hilton’s sister, Nicole, married and divorced a few months ago.
