Mariah Carey will perform at the MTV Movie Awards, airing June 9.

She joins previously announced performers Eminem and Nine Inch Nails.

Nicole Richie and Fat Joe will work the red carpet as MTV’s pre-show hosts.

Jimmy Fallon will return as host of the show. He co-hosted two years ago.

Last year’s host, Lindsay Lohan, will be a presenter; as will: Tom Cruise and new girlfriend Katie Holmes, The Rock, Ioan Gruffudd, Chris Evans, Samuel L. Jackson, Michael Chiklis, Julian McMahon, recent Oscar winner Hilary Swank, Vin Diesel, Jessica Simpson, Johnny Knoxville, Jessica Alba, Hilary Duff, Zach Braff, Seann William Scott, Rob Schneider, Paul Walker, Ziyi Zhang, Billy Bob Thornton, and Salma Hayek.
