According to thesmokinggun.com, actor and comedian Chris Tucker (”Rush Hour”) was arrested this month and charged with reckless driving and fleeing to elude police from pulling him over.

The 33 year old actor was going 109 mph on I-20 in Atlanta at the time when State Troopers clocked him.

Tucker, an Atlanta native, was held in McDuffie County lockup for about 30 minutes before he posted cash bond and was released.
