Michael Jackson’s child molestation court case could become even more star studded. Among Jackson’s list of potential witnesses are: NBA star Kobe Bryant, Backstreet Boy Nick Carter, his brother singer Aaron Carter, magician David Blaine, and Ed Bradley of 60 Minutes.

The list of names was read in court as potential jurors were being interviewed. 12, plus 8 alternatives, are needed.

The defense did not reveal why each one could be called.

The Carter brothers visited Jackson’s Neverland Ranch last year, and Aaron has said he visited the ranch numerous times and even slept in the same room as Jackson. He also once said in an interview that Jackson bought him a car.

Blaine has been a friend of Jackson’s for several years, while Bradley interviewed the pop singer last year after he was charged.

Having Bryant on the list is puzzling. The L.A. Laker has no known connection to Jackson, though was involved in his own alleged rape case last year before his accuser dropped charges. The civil case may still occur.

The jury selection process continues all this week.
