If the SAG Awards are any indication of what is to come at the Oscars, Jamie Foxx is in for a treat. Foxx was named Best Actor on Saturday at the Screen Actors Guild Awards for his portrayal of Ray.

“Thank you for Ray Charles for just living so complex and so interesting, and making us all just come together,” he said while accepting the award.

Hilary Swank won Best Actress for her role in Million Dollar Baby. She thanked her director, Clint Eastwood.

“If I’m half the person you are and half the talent you are when I’m 74, I will know that I’ve accomplished something great.”

Morgan Freeman won Best Supporting Actor for his role in Million Dollar Baby, while Cate Blanchett took home Best Supporting Actress for playing Katharine Hepburn in The Aviator.

Best Movie Ensemble went to Sideways, the film that struggled at the box office until it picked up a plethora of Golden Globe and Oscar nominations.

The late Jerry Orbach won Best Actor in a Dramatic Series for playing Lenny Briscoe on Law and Order. His wife, Elaine Orbach, accepted the award and told the actors in attendance to follow Orbach’s advice and “never leave a show.”
