Chingy Producers Sign Deal with Blackground

The Neptunes were the hot producers of 2003. Kanye West owned 2004. Will 2005 be the year of the TrakStarz. They sure hope so.
The St. Louis production duo, who have worked with Chingy and Britney Spears, have formed a joint venture with Blackground Records.
The TrakStarz will release their own album, and will sign and develop talent through their TrakStarz Records label, according to Billboard.
Blackground is home to such artists as JoJo and Aaliyah.
