Liza Minnelli fell in her apartment and had to be rushed to hospital Monday morning, according to several reports.

A ?police? source told the New York Post that Minnelli was drunk at the time of her accident.

Her bodyguard called 911 when Minnelli reportedly fell and could not get up. A cop told the Post she suffered head injuries and was taken out of her apartment on a stretcher.

The bodyguard found Minnelli on the floor, unable to move.

The hospital would not release information on her health.

Her former bodyguard filed a lawsuit against her recently, alleging the 58-year-old singer of raping him while she was drunk.

Minnelli is also being sued by her soon-to-be ex-husband, David Gest, for beating him while she was intoxicated. They are still going through divorce proceedings.

Minnelli has previously battled alcohol and painkiller addictions.
