Trouble with the law continues for rapper DMX. DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, was arrested Wednesday night for speeding at more than 100 miles per hour with a suspended license.

He was speeding on a northern Westchester highway. DMX was released on $350 bail and ordered back in court January 18.

His license was suspended six months ago when he posed as a federal agent at Kennedy Airport. Last week, he was in court to face driving under the influence and reckless endangerment charges. He came to an agreement which included the suspended license. He allegedly posed as a federal agent and forced a man out of his car in the parking lot of the airport. He then was arrested after driving through the parking lot gate.

Wednesday, he was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, speeding and driving an unregistered motor vehicle. He was going 35 miles per hour over the limit.
