The fingerprints of Michael Jackson, as well as of his young accuser, were found on the same pornographic magazine, according to CNN.

The magazines were reportedly seized during a raid on his ranch in 2003, not the one that took place last week.

According to the report, the boy was present at Jackson’s Neverland Ranch at times when Jackson was away, so he could have handled the magazine when Jackson was not present.

The boy’s lawyers however are expected to argue that Jackson showed the boy the magazines.

Jackson’s trial begins January 31, 2005.
