McEnroe Talk Show Cancelled
If you saw even a few seconds of John McEnroe’s talk show, you knew you wouldn’t be seeing it on tv for much longer.
The CNBC show was cancelled, the station announced Friday.
Adding insult to injury, the station told employees of the axing via email.
The show was plagued with horrible ratings (sometimes as low as 40,000 people) and McEnroe. The former tennis star had little-to-no chemistry with his guests and came across and unprepared, asking unimportant and untimely questions.
“McEnroe” will air until the end of the year.
