Chingy, the man who brought you “Right Thurr” and “Holidae Inn,” returns Nov. 16 with his second album, “Powerballin’.”

Appearing on the album are: Janet Jackson, Lil’ Wayne, David Banner, Nate Dogg, R. Kelly, G.I.B., Bun B and Ziggy.

The first single off the album, “Balla Baby,” is climbing the charts.
