Although he didn’t attend the court proceedings, 50 Cent (aka Curtis Jackson) pleased not guilty to assault charges on Monday, the AP reports.

50 Cent was accused of jumping into the crowd at a concert in May in Springfield, resulting in three injured women. Someone allegedly threw water at him before the jump, which prompter a brawl.

He is scheduled to be in court on February 8 for a pre-trial conference.
