St. Lunatic member Murphy Lee was arrested after police pulled him over for an expired license plate and found marijuana in his Mercedes, the AP reports.

The incident occurred on October 31 in St. Louis, after deputies smelled marijuana, authorities said.

Lee will appear in court next month.

Lee, who is part of Nelly’s St. Lunatics rap group, won a Grammy this year for best rap performance by a duo or group for Shake Ya Tailfeather, a collaboration with Nelly and P. Diddy. His solo album, released last year, went gold.
