The R. Kelly- Jay-Z saga has taken another turn.

Kelly sued the Brooklyn rapper for $75 million on Monday for breach-of-contract. He accuses Jay-Z and his bodyguards of making their joint tour a nightmare.

The most recent turmoil stems from an incident Friday night, when the two were performing in New York. Kelly took to the stage, but left shortly after because he said he saw people in the audience with guns.

After a search, officials said no guns were found.

Kelly says he was then pepper sprayed in the face by one of Jay-Z?s bodyguards.

On the weekend, Jay-Z kicked Kelly off the tour, and then the remaining dates were cancelled.

The two have a second joint album coming out this month, but don?t expect a joint interview.
