Mel Gibson Granted Restraining Order
Mel Gibson wants to choose the people that he prays with freely. That’s why he was a little bit tickled, and frightened, when a homeless man showed up at his house and the chapel he attends, asking the actor to pray with him.
Gibson obtained a restraining order against the man, Zack Sinclair, who is in jail on disorderly conduct and loitering charges.
Sinclair cannot go within 150 yards of Lethal Weapon star Gibson, nor his wife, children, their school, their home? pretty much anywhere where Gibson or his family might be. He also can’t call Gibson, though good luck finding his number.
“I continue to be extremely concerned for the safety of my family,” Gibson said in the filing papers. The man also sent letters to Gibson, citing biblical verses. He also praised the Passion of the Christ, but Gibson was not impressed.
