Jay Kay loves his cars, but he won’t be getting his fix for months. The Jamiroquai singer was caught speeding at 169 km/h (105 mph) on a highway near Perth, Scotland.

He was banned from driving for six months. He admitted to the charge in July but appeared in court yesterday.

He was also fined $1932.

“It?s entirely unacceptable to drive at such a speed on such a road,” said Sheriff Robert McCreadie.

He was once caught driving a Ferrari at 220mph.
