Sir Ian McKellen and Andy Serkis aren’t sick of each other yet. The two stars, who first worked together in Lord of the Rings, will lend their voices to the animated movie “Flushed Away.”

McKellen will play an evil frog and Serkis will play a rat.

Hugh Jackman, movie star turned Broadway actor, might play the lead role of a rat named Roddy who gets flushed down the toilet and lands in a sewer. Jackman ends his role in The Boy From Oz shortly.

Serkis played Gollum in the Lord of the Rings series, while McKellen was Gandalf. Serkis will also star in the King Kong remake, scheduled for release in 2005. Peter Jackson, the director of LOTR, is directing the film. Jack Black, Adrien Brody, and Namoi Watts are some of the other names involved. McKellan has several films in production, including two British films where he provides his voice again.

Henry Anderson, David Bowers and Sam Fell will co-direct the movie. There is no scheduled start date.
