Actress Lindsay Lohan and the Prince of R&B, Usher, each took home four trophies, actually surfboards, at the 2004 Teen Choice Awards.

Usher was named best R&B artist, and won best album for Confessions, and best R&B track and best collaboration for “Yeah.” He is currently on tour, but took time out to attend.

Lohan won three awards for her role in Mean Girls: best movie actress in a comedy, best movie hissy fit and best movie blush. She also won breakout star actress award for her roles in both Mean Girls and Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen.

“I Miss You” earned Blink 182 best love song. They shared the best tour award with No Doubt.

Ashlee Simpson, who is becoming a bigger star than sister Jessica, won song of the summer (Pieces of Me) and the fresh face award.

Britney Spears was the unlikely winner for best single (Toxic), but she was a no-show. Spears, who says she is getting married soon (see the doubt in that sentence?), was supposed to present an award but failed to attend.

Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie hosted the show, which airs on Fox on Wednesday.
