The Canadian Idol judges have been gushing about Kalan Porter and Elena Juatco. As have the fans, voting them into the top 10. But believe it or not, so has a Caribbean betting company.

BetWWTs.com made betting on Canadian Idol part of its site this week, with Porter the 9-to-5 odds-on favourite to take the crown. At 7-to-2 odds, Juatco is second most likely, followed closely by Theresa Sokyrka with 4-to-1 odds.

Though the rules on betting are unclear ? there is a stipulation that says bets are ?not accepted in any Parlay or Teaser ,??it has become great publicity for one of Canada?s most watched shows. The story has received attention
