Reality show star and singer Jessica Simpson revealed on a recent episode of Newlyweds that an actor on Days of Our Lives cheated on her when she was 18.

That actor is believed to be Jensen Ackles, who played Eric on the soap opera. He said he loved Simpson while dating country-pop singer LeAnn Rimes, according to an Ireland paper.

Ackles and Simpson both hail from Texas. Rimes had a cameo on Days of Our Lives in 1998, playing Madison. Ackles left Days in 2000 and is shooting a movie called Devour, scheduled for release next year.
