Courtney Love can’t catch a break. The rocker is back in hospital, this time being admitted to a private New York facility. She was released from a public hospital on Monday.

Her lawyer told a newswire that he had no information on Love’s condition. Love is not in custody and there is still a warrant out for her arrest, stemming from a court hearing last week in Los Angeles. She failed to show up to court because she was sent to hospital.

Rumours circulated that Love was pregnant and suffered a miscarriage but her lawyer told MTV that was not true.

The County District Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles said they do not know where Love is.

Neighbours told reporters that Love had been on the street the previous week trying to get cigarettes.
