Rare Beatles Recordings Found?
The rumour machine is in overdrive as a man in Australia may have uncovered previously unheard Beatles tracks.
Fraser Claughton from Kent was visiting his friend in Australia when he purchased a suitcase at a flea market so he could bring newly purchased clothing back home with him.
When he opened it up, he found rare Beatles memorabilia including over 400 pictures, possibly never seen before. It also included four hours of new song versions and session recordings, according to friend John Read.
“They are using different words [in some songs], and it’s like session music where they are all stopping and starting, talking over it,” said Claughton.
Spokespeople for the Beatles are hesitant to confirm or deny that these recordings are in fact rare. If they are ?lost recordings? as some believe, they could bring in millions.
