The knee injury Britney Spears suffered on the set of her music video shoot for “Outrageous” may end up costing her more than just the medical costs.

Spears is scheduled to begin the next leg of her Onyx Hotel tour in Hartford, CT on June 22. The gruelling tour has her playing concerts as much as five times a week until mid-August.

Experts told MTV that Spears could be out for as much as six weeks with that type of injury, and that there is no way she could pull off her elaborate dance routine by then.

Doctors told Spears to rest at home until she could be re-evaluated, according to the Daily Mirror.

Meanwhile, the video shoot, which also featured Snoop Dogg, has been indefinitely delayed.
