Usher Regains Top Spot

The King of R&B has recaptured his throne. “Confessions,” the album by Usher which has spawned 3 hit singles in just 11 weeks, is the number one album this week, selling close to 200,000 copies. This is Usher’s ninth week at number one.
Falling to second is Avril Lavigne, whose album “Under My Skin” was at the top spot last week. This week, she sold about 170,000 copies.
Rounding out the top 5 is country singer Gretchen Wilson, Prince, and Slipknot.
